Before founding Ajilitee, Tracy led the effort to integrate Hewlett-Packard’s newly established business intelligence services into its portfolio of hardware, software and services offerings in his role within HP’s Worldwide Information Management Services practice. Tracy joined HP from Knightsbridge Solutions, a leading BI consultancy that HP acquired in 2006. There he led the effort to establish efficient delivery methods to help clients maximize their BI investment. This included creating BI Centers of Excellence to establish BI standards and ensure consistent delivery of quality BI solutions and implementing global delivery models. Tracy also led the development of the Knightsbridge master data management (MDM), metadata repository, and information management strategy offerings. Additionally, Tracy spent several years serving as the Delivery Manager for one of the world’s largest energy companies. In this role, he established the client’s supply and trading information management strategy, implemented an integrated IM architecture to address their enterprise data warehouse and MDM needs, and managed a global delivery team of 75+ members across the United States, United Kingdom and Asia.
